1. Scope of Services & Estimates

2. Property Access & Work Area Preparation

The property owner or authorized representative agrees to:

3. Safety Standards & Utility Regulations

If limbs are within hazardous proximity of energized utility power lines, we coordinate with the relevant utility provider (e.g., Oncor) to ensure OSHA-compliant line clearance procedures.

4. Insurance & Liability Coverage

5. Weather & Scheduling Contingencies

Arboricultural operations involve aerial climbing and heavy equipment rigging. In the event of severe weather (high winds, lightning, ice, saturated muddy ground that risks turf damage), jobs may be rescheduled to protect personnel and client property.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon successful completion of the agreed-upon work unless other billing terms have been established in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank checks, and direct electronic transfers.
